The test principle of
Under the action of force, the phenomenon of stress relaxation and creep will occur after a certain period of time.
This instrument provides a device for loading stress and obtains the deformation of the marked fabric through tensile stress test.
Meet the following criteria:
ASTM D3107 Test Method for tensile properties of elastic yarn woven fabrics. Test requirements for fabric tensile under specific tensile forces and fabric creep under certain tensile forces.
Upper/lower clamping device: it is used to hold the sample. The lower clamping device is suspended in the test.
Weight: 1.35kg or 1.8kg pulling force together with the lower clamping device.
Bottom tray: for placing weight and lower clamping device, easy to operate.
Rotating wheel: make the test instrument movable, convenient for customers to arrange space reasonably.

Test method for
An overview of relevant test methods
This instrument can be used for the following tests:
Elongation of textiles under fixed tension: make standard dimension mark on the fabric.
A certain force is applied to the fabric sample under a specified technical condition to measure the distance between the dimension marks under a certain tension.
The fabric elongation is calculated by the distance between the marks before and after stress.
Fabric growth after stress: make a standard size mark on the fabric.
A force is applied to the fabric sample under specified technical conditions.
The tension was removed and the distance between marks on the fabric samples after relaxation was measured after a certain period of time.
Fabric growth is calculated by the distance between the marks before stress and the distance between the marks after relaxation.
Elastic recovery: Elastic recovery is the textile elongation under fixed tension and/or the fabric growth corresponding to each time interval, as a percentage of the initial marking length.
Sample preparation
According to relevant standards, three pairs of 65*560mm samples were taken, and the length direction was parallel to the test direction.
Strip the sample to a width of 50±1mm and remove approximately the same amount of yarn from both sides of the sample.
Fold the sample at 32mm from one end of the sample and sew a seam at about 25mm from the broken line.
Note: The standard states that a small cut is made in the middle of the polyline along the direction of the specimen for the purpose of inserting a pin of a certain weight.
Due to the optimal design of the instrument, the lower clamping device directly holds the sample without opening.
The following figure shows the lower clamping device and weights.
Mark the middle part of the sample with a width of at least 250±1mm (along the test direction).
4.3 Test -- Constant tension
One end of the sample is fixed with clamps so that the other end with creases hangs freely.
Measure and record the distance between the marking points, accurate to 1% or 1mm.
Clamp the sample with the lower fixture, and hang a certain weight.
After a certain period of time, the weight was taken off, the distance between the recording points was measured again, and the elastic elongation and elastic recovery rate of the fabric were calculated.
