Brief introduction of leather rubbing color fastness Tester
This instrument is used to test the rubbing fastness of leather surfaces, and to evaluate the color transfer by determining the "fading" of the leather surface or coating and the staining of wool felt.
During the test, dry or wet white wool felt is coated on the friction surface, and then the test piece is clamped on the test table for reciprocating friction.
There are two ways of testing: dry and wet.

The test principle of
The square wool felt on the friction head (with or without additional weight) will rub back and forth on the leather on the friction platform (drawn or not drawn). After a certain number of times, the wool felt will be stained with gray card, and the test leather will be compared with the gray card, and the grade will be evaluated.

Compare the tested and untested parts under the artificial light source specified in GB/T 6151 or under daylight from the north.
Gradation is carried out with grey sample CARDS that are geometrically graded (i.e., "color degree" for color migration and "color change" for damage).
If the rating is between the two grades.
Take the lower rating, that is, the worse case.
If the grading of repeated tests is different, the lower grading between the two is taken as the test result.
