Brief introduction of fabric thickness gauge
The test principle is to place the sample on the reference plate, apply pressure on the sample with the presser foot, and measure the distance between the contact specimen's presser foot area and the reference plate, that is, the thickness value.

Change of presser foot
According to the standard and special requirements, there may be different presser foot needs according to the need to choose different presser foot.
In the state of shutdown, turn down the presser foot and put the replaced presser foot on, and then start up for normal test.
Test steps
Note before use of digital display indicator
If there is dirt or dirt on the measuring rod, it will affect the movement of the measuring rod, so please use a clean cloth without oil before using
Wipe clean, do not grease the measuring rod.
Please wipe the case clean with a soft dry cloth, if there is serious dirt on the case, please use a cloth containing a neutral detergent wet
Wipe, do not shake volatile solvents such as thinner, so as not to damage the shell.
Unauthorized personnel should not disassemble and repair the digital display indicator to avoid damage to the indicator.
Test steps
Short press ZERO/ON ON the DISPLAY table to open the display table.
After making sure the instrument is placed horizontally, press ZERO/ON to clear the digital display table.
Lift the foot, place the fabric under the foot, lower the foot, and place the weight on the foot.
Start the stopwatch and read within 5±1s.
The number of measuring points per leather is selected according to different criteria.
