Overview of the machine:

1. Place the tested object in the V-groove on the platform of the instrument sample base, and rotate the clamping handle of the clamp on both sides to make the sample flat and tight.

3. Connect the tested object to the output end of the instrument, turn on the power switch and start the testing machine.

4. When the inner conductor of the tested object contacts the scraping needle, the instrument will stop automatically.

Pick up the scraping needle holder and clamp the upper limit clamp.

Move the test object 120-150mm and turn it over for 90 degrees to fix the test again. Repeat the test for 4 times to make comparison and determine whether it is qualified by referring to the standard requirements.
