QYG film luminance meter is an ideal instrument for measuring the decorative properties of film. It can grade the film, especially the film on the surface of the limousine, and measure the data of the luminance rating simply and intuitively.

Ii. Main structure and Working Principle:
QYG film reflector is a portable instrument combined with photoelectricity. Its principle is to reflect the number on the digital board in the observation hole through the light irradiation and the reflection of the measured surface.
Through the naked eye observation of the surveyor, read out the luminance level DOI value to achieve the purpose of measuring the decorative performance index of the coating surface. The higher the LUMINance level DOI value is, the better the luminance level is.
Iii. Application Requirements:
1. Power supply: Dc6V, 600Ma, 4 units of 1# battery (self-provided) or external.
2. Use Environment:
A. Temperature 0-40°C.
B. Relative humidity shall not be more than 85%.
C. The surface area of the measured object shall be no less than 60mm*60mm.
D. The surface of the measured object is flat.
Iv. Operation and Usage:
1. Open the cover and install the battery or plug in the external power supply.
2. Press the power switch, then observe the voltmeter, turn the voltage adjustment knob to make the pointer at 6V position. If the pointer cannot be adjusted to 6V (less than 6V) after adjustment, the battery should be replaced.
3. Put the standard reflector on the table, align the measurement window at the bottom of the instrument with the standard reflector, and then press the power switch to observe the digital reflector reflected on the standard reflector from the eyepiece, so as to make sure that the DOI value of 1.0 on the digital reflector can be clearly read.
4. Place the instrument on the surface of the object to make the measurement window face the measured one. Press the power switch to observe the reflected number from the eyepiece and read the DOI value number clearly.
5. Repeat the measurement 5 times and take the mean value as the result.
Note: The determiner should be someone who can clearly read the DOI value of 1.0 on the reflector.
V. Maintenance and Repair:
1. Press the power switch to adjust the voltage. If the specified voltage cannot be reached, the battery should be replaced.
2. When the instrument is in use, please handle it gently and do not knock it or shake it violently.
3. The standard reflector shall be properly stored and shall not scratch the surface after use.
