Features of the instrument:

1. Imported linear bearing transmission is adopted to realize the non friction transmission of expansion value, and the transmission accuracy and repeatability are excellent;

2. The heating rate is automatically set by computer program, the temperature control precision is 0.1 ℃, and the precision refrigeration heating system is equipped.

Experimental principle: this experimental method is to put the original length of the sample into the quartz dilatometer, and then insert the dilatometer into the constant temperature bath at different temperatures. After the temperature of the sample is balanced with the temperature of the constant temperature bath, and the indicator value of the instrument for measuring the length changes is stable, the reading is recorded, and the linear expansion coefficient of the sample can be calculated from the expansion value and shrinkage value of the sample.
