Purpose: Melt flow rate test This instrument is not only applicable to the test of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin and other plastics with low melting temperature, but also applicable to the test of engineering plastics with high melting temperature such as polycarbonate, fluorinated plastics, nylon, etc


Melt flow rate test standard:


An instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with such standards as GB/T 3682-2000 Determination of mass flow rate and Flow rate of Melt volume, ISO 1133-2005 Plastics-Determination of the Melt Mass-flow Rate (MFR) and the Melt Volumetric Flow Rate (MVR).


Model CSI-F686 is standard configuration, adopts the testing method of quality method, automatic scraping (or manual scraping when the instrument is adjusted), automatic calculation results can be calculated in the spline weighing input instrument system, and all previous test records can be saved for future reference, meanwhile, it is equipped with a full set of weights and all relevant accessories (electronic scale is optional).
