Five, casters wear testing machine operation and use method
5.1 Sample preparation:
5.1.1 Take the test floor and check its function and appearance in advance
5.1.2 Fix the floor with fixing clamp after assembly to prevent looseness
5.2 Confirmation before the experiment:
5.2.1 After the casters are cleaned and dried, place the samples on the test platform.
Hold it in place with a retaining clip and slowly reduce the caster height to the caster contact sample.
5.2.2 Adjust the counter to the number of turns specified in the test and set the timer for 25000 turns.
5.2.3 Press the ALM key when the sample and parameter Settings are ready.
Start testing now.
5.2.4 After reaching the specified number of revolutions, the device will stop.
The sample is removed for evaluation.
