Introduction to atomizing instrument for automotive Interior Materials
The atomization tester is suitable for the evaluation of the evaporation of volatile components of automotive interior materials, such as automotive interior plastics, polyurethane, textiles, leather, adhesives, nonwoven fabrics, thermoplastic elastomers, etc., at high temperature, and can also be used for the determination of high-temperature atomization phenomenon of automotive xenon lamps
Automotive interior decoration materials such as leather, plastic, textiles and adhesive materials, etc., contain some volatile substances, especially in the sunlight, the car temperature, will exacerbate this volatile.
The volatile gas condenses on the car window or windshield, causing poor vision and affecting the driver's vision and driving safety;
There are also volatile substances that can be harmful to humans, affecting the health of motorists.
In order to control the production of volatile matter reasonably, it is necessary to carry out atomization test for the material used in the automobile interior decoration. The material whose fog value exceeds the standard index will not be used in the automobile interior decoration.

The atomization tester is applicable to automobile, aircraft and other interior materials, such as automobile interior plastic parts, polyurethane, textiles, leather, adhesives, nonwoven fabrics, thermoplastic elastomer and other materials under high temperature evaporation evaluation of volatile components, and can also be used for the determination of high-temperature atomization phenomenon of xenon lamp in front of vehicle [2].

4. Test principle
The sample is heated in a fog-forming cup and begins to evaporate, condensing on a glass plate or aluminum foil that has been cooled by the cooling chamber.
After the condensation process, the glass plate or aluminum foil is removed, and the atomization value or weight of the condensed components of the glass plate or aluminum foil is measured, and compared with the data before condensation, so as to obtain the atomization and volatilization characteristics of the sample.

Three methods of measurement
Gloss method: the vaporized gas of the sample heated in the fogging cup is condensed on the low-temperature glass plate. By comparing and calculating the gloss value of the glass plate before and after condensation, the fog value of the sample can be obtained.
Haze method: the vaporized gas of the sample heated in the fogging cup is condensed on the low-temperature glass plate. By comparing and calculating the haze value of the glass plate before and after condensation, the fog value of the sample can be obtained.
Gravimetric method: the vaporized gas of the sample heated in the fogging cup is condensed on the low-temperature aluminum foil. By weighing the weight change of the aluminum foil before and after condensation, the sample atomization-condensation weight can be obtained.
5. Operating Steps:
