Dry flocculation tester for non-woven fabrics
The dry flocculation tester for non-woven fabrics is also known as the twisting tester, which is used to evaluate the flocculation test of non-woven fabrics under dry conditions. It is mainly applicable to the wool shedding performance evaluation of non-woven fabrics and other textile materials used as raw materials for medical protective materials (surgical sheets, surgical jackets, clean suits, etc.).
When tested, the test principle: the sample is subjected to a combination of torsion and compression in the test chamber.
The air is extracted from the chamber during the distortion process and the results are evaluated by counting and classifying the particles in the air using a laser dust particle counter
