working principle
Put the test piece on the agar culture dish, put a piece of bacteria with the same specification on the test piece, and cover it with a piece of high-density polyethylene film about 10 microns thick. Use a conical steel ring to clamp the three layers of materials (the test material is at the bottom, the bacteria piece is in the middle, and the high-density polyethylene film is on the top of Zui). The ring kit is placed on the agar culture dish on the turntable, and the test finger can be on the surface of the whole culture dish The material is subjected to the combined action of pressure and friction by moving upward, so as to simulate the possible stress of barrier material and microbial penetration under wet condition in practical application. The microorganism on the plate will migrate to the surface of agar medium after penetrating the test material. The penetration performance of the test material can be quantitatively evaluated by culturing the agar plate and counting the colonies.
