Wear-resisting testing machine is mainly to natural granite, marble and other building decoration materials (such as artificial stone, glass-ceramics, etc.) wear-resisting or wear-resisting degree test.
The testing machine was designed and manufactured according to the test performance requirements in Appendix A of GB/T19766-2005 Natural Marble building Plate.
The testing machine has the characteristics of beautiful shape, low noise, and more working heads (sample fixtures).

A formula to calculate
M0, m1
M = ─ ─ ─
A
Where: M -- wear resistance rate, g/cm2;
M0 -- pre-grinding mass, g;
M1 -- mass after grinding, g;
A -- The area of the grinding end of A sample, cm2
The experimental steps
1.
The samples were dried in an oven at 105±2℃ for 24h, and then cooled to room temperature for immediate weighing (M0), accurate to 0.01g.
2.
The weighted samples were loaded into the wear-resisting machine, and each clamp had a weight of 1250g. The disc was turned 1000 to complete a test, and the rest were tested according to the instructions of the instrument. After the test, the samples were removed and the powder was brushed with a brush, and the weight after weighing and grinding was accurate to 0.0lg.
3.
The diameter of 1 at the grinding end of the sample was measured with vernier caliper, and the diameter at the vertical direction was measured again. The average value was calculated, and the grinding area was calculated with the average value, A0.
Operating procedures
Specimen making
1. Sift with a square hole sieve of 9.5-13.2mm, rinse and dry in an oven with a temperature of 105 ±5℃.
The test mould is filled with soapy water (or release agent) and dried.
Dry clean sand (0.1-0.3mm).
2. Arrange the aggregate (large surface, plane down) in the die test, and arrange as closely as possible.
3. Use a small spoon to fill the dry sand into the clearance of the discharged grain, and gently blow the dry sand with the ear-washing ball first to make it fill tightly.
Then the excess sand is blown out so that the sand is flush with the steps in the test mould. The test mould and dry sand of the blown sand are preheated together in the oven at 40℃.
4. Mix the curing agent and the deoxidizing resin evenly according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then mix it with the dry sand according to the mass ratio of 1:4 to form the packing evenly.
5. Take out the sand-blown test mold from the oven, fill the mixed epoxy resin into the test mold with a small putty knife, and try to make it as dense as possible.
Then, with a hot putty knife on the test die to scrape off the excess filler, and repeatedly wipe on the surface of the test die, make it with the test die mouth level.
6. Bake the filled mold in an oven at 30 ° C for 4 hours, then raise the temperature to 80 ° C and keep the temperature constant for 3 hours. It can be kept at room temperature for 24 hours in summer.
7. Loosen the die end plate screw first, then tap the side of the die, the specimen can be demodulate.
Clean residue and propanone.
Number the specimens.
Grinding test
1. Divide the two specimens of the same set of aggregates into one group, and then tap the side of the test die to release the specimen.
Clean residue, acetone cleaning.
Second, the polishing test
1. Divide the two specimens of the same set of aggregates into a group, and conduct polishing tests of 6 kinds of test aggregates and 1 pair of standard test blocks (No. 13, 14) at a time.
Install in order on the road wheel, squeeze and then tighten the screws.
2. Install the road wheel on the wheel shaft of the testing machine to make the wheel width of the rubber wheel completely press the exposed aggregate surface.
Then cover the machine, press the water source and open the adjusting gate in the emery (# 30) storage hopper.
After the power is turned on, the polishing machine starts to operate, the sand flow is controlled at 27±7g/min, the flow water is 60ml/min, and the revolution is set at 57,600 times. Start the polishing machine for test, and pay attention to cleaning the emery sand and tightening nuts halfway.
After the first polishing, remove the sand storage hopper, replace it with 280# emery sand, and replace it with another test wheel. The flow sand quantity is adjusted and controlled at 3±1g/min, and the flow water is 60ml/min. Then, the test is stopped after another polishing of 57,600 times.
3. Take down the test piece after taking down the road wheel, wash the emery on the test piece with water, and then measure the friction coefficient value of the test piece with the pendulum apparatus. The test direction of the test piece should be consistent with the "driving direction".
4. If the average PSV of standard specimens is marked within the range of 46-52, then the test results are valid.
Table lookup conversion.
The parallel experiment was done twice and the average result was calculated.
