1、 Introduction

The instrument meets a variety of test standards, and can customize the movement path, speed and cycle of the test platform according to customer requirements. 5、 In the evaluation of scratch test results, the common test methods can be divided into visual evaluation method and instrument evaluation method




The visual rating method is to place the test sample under the illumination of northern sky sunlight or D65 artificial light source, and the test sample is in a horizontal state relative to the evaluator. If necessary, rotate the sample to obtain the most Jia observation angle. For linear scratch, only 80% of the middle part is evaluated in the evaluation process. The evaluation content mainly includes whether there are damage scratches on the surface of the test sample, whether the material is deformed, whether there is cracking and hairiness. According to the different materials, the evaluation standards are also different.




The instrument rating method mainly evaluates the color and gloss changes of test samples according to the optical detection instrument.




a. Color changes.
