The fabric pilling tester is used to test the pilling condition of wool textiles, chemical fiber pure spinning, blending, knitting and woven fabrics, so as to identify the product quality and process effect.
The positive friction mechanism is adopted in the instrument to make the sample and the friction material have reasonable relative motion under certain conditions, and the test work can be completed in a short time.
Principle:
According to the prescribed method and test parameters, nylon brush and abrasive or single abrasive are used to make the fabric friction and pilling, and then the pilling samples are compared with the standard samples under the prescribed lighting conditions to evaluate the pilling grade.

The relative motion trajectory of sample collet and grinding table particles is circular, the relative motion velocity is (60±1) r/min, the inner diameter of sample collet is (90±0.5) mm, the collet can apply the pressure listed in Table 1 below, the collet pressure is adjustable, the pressure error is ±1, the instrument is equipped with a stop switch.
Abrasive:
